In addition to my team and tactical training work, I also train athletes one-on-one with a focused emphasis on speed, strength, and total athletic performance. My approach combines proven strength-training principles, tailored movement mechanics, and individualized programming to help athletes build explosive power, increase acceleration, and improve overall durability.
